Diet Soup Cabbage ' A Yummy Recipe

There are many diets out there that are designed to help people lose weight. The following is a regime that involves eating lots of diet soup cabbage chunks and spices mixed together. It only lasts for seven days and is supposed to help people lose up to ten pounds.

Soup Recipe:6 large green onions; diced2 green peppers; diced2 cans diced tomatoes3 carrots; diced1 can mushrooms; 10 ounces1 bunch celery; dicedhalf head of cabbage; shredded1 pkg onion soup mix2 cubes chicken bouillon1 can V8 juice; 48 ounces8 cups of water

Combine all ingredients, cook until tender, and season to taste.

Day 1' Eat all the soup you want' Eat as much fruit as you want, but no bananas' Drink only water, cranberry juice, black coffee, or unsweetened tea

Day 2' Eat all the soup you want' Eat as many veggies as you want; raw or cooked' Don't eat any fruit, beans, peas, or corn' May eat a baked potato with butter if you like

Day 3' Eat as much soup as you want' Eat any fruit and veggies you want by following instructions on day 1 and 2' Don't eat any baked potato, peas, beans, or corn

Day 4' Eat as much soup as you want' May eat up to 8 bananas today' May drink as much skim milk as you want' Today should lower your desire for sweets

Day 5' Eat at least one bowl of soup' May eat 10 to 20 ounces of beef and up to six tomatoes that are fresh or a can of tomato chunks' Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water' May eat chicken or fish in place of beef if so desired

Day 6' Eat at least one bowl of soup' Eat only beef and veggies today, no baked potato, peas, beans, or corn' May eat fresh veggies on a salad

Day 7' Eat at least one bowl of soup' Eat all the brown rice you want, veggies, and unsweetened fruit juices' Don't eat bread' Don't drink alcohol or any type of carbonated beverages

Since everyone is different, this diet soup cabbage based program works differently on each person who follows it. While it may help one person lose exactly ten pounds, other people might find they lose more or less than this amount. If you are one of the people that lose less than ten pounds, don't fret, just remember that it isn't the end of the world. There are plenty of other things out there to try!
