Fat Furnace: Four Ways To Get Rid Of Flab
By: Rian Haswanda
When there's just that little bit of flab left that doesn't seem to want to disappear, here are some keys on how to get rid of it. These should help your
Fat Furnace to kick in and finish off that
unwanted fat.
Key Number One-Eating plenty of protein boosts your metabolism. When dieting,
some muscle is lost in the process and the more muscle you have, the more fat your body can burn. Protein is also harder for the body to digest, causing more calories to be burned.
Key Number Two-Drinking more water will enable the body to flush out toxins that have been contained in its cells. When working out, the muscles build up what is called lactic acid, which is a by-product and needs to be eliminated from the body.
The best way to do this is by drinking lots of water all day long.
Key Number Three-Eating around five to seven smaller meals a day, instead of three larger ones will make it easier for your body to use up the food it takes in. If
your body knows it can rely on food to be provided at a certain time each day, then it won't try to hoard food. This is a natural defense mechanism of the body. It tries to create a fat reserve when it thinks there is a famine occurring.
Key Number Four-Lowering the amount of carbohydrates you intake every one to three weeks will keep
the body looking for alternate energy sources. When the body has to do this, metabolism increases and your system starts flushing out depleted sugar stores. It's also a good idea to have a lower number of carbohydrates in your last meal of the day, this will give the body time to rest at night and not trying to digest carbs.
Hopefully these tips will turn on your
Fat Furnace and get rid of that extra flab
for good.
