However, you can't always be sure how your body will react to them because they are not actually good for your body. Sure, you'll lose weight, but if your body doesn't learn how to properly function, it is likely that you'll put those pounds back on in no time.

What you should do is make small changes in your daily routine that will result in big changes in your health. Here are a few things that you can do:

1) Detoxify: A quick 3-5 days of water, antioxidants, and digestive aids can help to flush out your digestive tract, where some experts suggest there is a few extra pounds that you cannot work out from exercise alone. Detoxifying also helps prepare your body for the healthy changes you are about to make. It will reduce bloating, gas, and abdominal pain, which can lead better focus, more energy, and better sleep as well.

2) Eat Raw Fruits and Vegetables: Raw fruits and vegetables contain precious antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber which your body will use to make energy and distribute to your heart, brain, and other vital organs. They are low in calories which will help you to burn off the unwanted fat calories() your body is storing.

3) Aerobic Exercise: Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are trying to lose weight easy you want to stay away from exercise that bulk you up. Instead get that heart rate up for at least fifteen minutes every day. If you can run or swim once or twice a week, that's even better. This will boost your metabolism and help regulate sleep while toning your muscles and increasing the amount of oxygen your body needs to operate efficiently and effectively.
