However, adults do it as well. In fact, there are rumors that some celebrities do it. Have you noticed how non-attractive those that starve themselves look? There is a solution to the problem. Would you believe that the solution to quick weight lose actually involves eating? There are some 'super foods' that could help you lose weight quicker.

Lean meats - Lean chicken meat is amongst one of the best foods you could eat for quick weight loss. It has a tiny amount of fat and a high level of protein. Foods that have high levels of protein are great for building leave muscle. In turns, this helps you build fat by increasing that metabolic rate. The leanest part of the chicken would be chicken breast with no skin. Fish is also an excellent food that has many benefits to it.

Olive oil ' Take the regular oil you use and replace it with olive oil. This is not only going to suppress your appetite, but it is going to lower your cholesterol. Why? Because olive oil is high in unsaturated fat. It is free from saturated fats, so that is why it keeps the cholesterol low.

Berries ' Blackberries, strawberries, acai berry, blueberries, etc will assist you with your weight loss. Strawberries are an appetite suppressant that is full of antioxidants. However, acai berries is known as being the super food over all of the other fruits and vegetables. It has so many antioxidants in it that is impressive.
